LARSEN & TOUBRO (L&T) 

Hostile takeover of Mindtree by Larsen & Toubro Company.Founder of Mindtree Natarajan & Rostow Ravanan throw away from cafe coffee day headquarters.It was earliy April , Mindtree grew 18% Revenue in 2018-19.

Founder of cafe coffee day V.G.Siddhartha and Mindtree had a largeshareholder with 20% sell out to wanted it,but rising debts of cafe coffee day open doors for L&T company,after acquiring  20% shares of CCD another additional buy of 31% shares for at the end of June 28,and oversubscribed by 116.47% with L&T promoters.

Now ,L&T is highest takeover of sell 60.06% in Mindtree.This was Third attempt of L&T to takeover of Mindtree.

Chairman of L&T Anil manibhai Malik isn't someone to easily giveup on the merger.In the december-2018 ,barring Private equity to Siddhartha offered Rs.1000 per share without even meeting to management.

Around February 2018,Mindtree realised was running out of two option,

1)Time to approached KKR & Barring to Offer Share Rs.800-850 per Share 

2)L&T Company may be able to Mature & adolescence company to takeover of MindTree.

After Merger with Mindtree,L&T Revenue Jumped with 19% to 1.3 billion in 2018-19.

AS per my view on takeover of Mindtree,for Expand IT services,

1) L&T has largest IT Company Services to bulk up in the country.

2) L&T 7th largest IT company in India,it can clear for mid sized companies and $ 100 billion grown business expansion for the better equilibrium .

3) It considered more revenue and it merged with mid sized companies to get more busniess.
